Millar & Miller's client managers are responsible for helping clients with their tax and accounting affairs - from income tax to GST, PAYE and beyond.
 Carol Kelly Senior Associate and Client Manager Carol joined Millar & Miller in 1988. She studied part time and qualified for membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. "I enjoy helping my clients get the best returns for their business, with services such as management accounting and results analysis," she says. "I also enjoy working on tax issues, especially those related to overseas tax." Carol was born in Wellington and has two grown-up children. A keen tramper and skier, Carol enjoys exploring New Zealand's wonderful outdoors. |
 Sieny Pollard Client Manager Sieny has been part of the Millar & Miller team since 1995 and enjoys tackling challenging client work. Sieny has four grown up children, the youngest of whom is still at college. Like Carol, she is a keen and fit tramper, spending as much spare time as possible in the outdoors. |
 Bridgett Parkin Client Manager Bridgett has worked for Millar & Miller part-time since March 2001. She is originally from Merseyside in the UK, and immigrated to New Zealand in August 1981. Bridgett's special areas of responsibility include keeping up to date with International Reporting Standards and ACC issues, providing support for a variety of accounting packages and training new staff. Away from work, Bridgett enjoys a wide range of music genres, particularly classical, and plays the piano and the flute. She makes intricate bobbin lace and enjoys playing croquet. Now that her three children are making their own lives, she is enjoying having more time to develop more of her interests, which have been 'on hold' while they were growing up.  Janice Staines Client Manager Janice has worked at Millar & Miller since November 2006. She has more than 15 years experience looking after clients in other firms and works full time over our busy season and part time during the summer months. "I enjoy being part of an enthusiastic team who are committed to providing a really good service" she says "I also really enjoy getting to know people and helping them out in any way I can" Janice enjoys gardening, interior design, travel and books. She loves to get away to the bach on Waiheke Island in the summer. She has three adult children (two overseas) and two beautiful grand-daughters living in Seoul. |
